We buy cars unreliable

We bought used vehicle (Q5) at we buy cars on 23 December 2020. Warning sign come out on collection of the vehicle, however the sales rep assured us that the sign is nothing major. Little did we know it was the beginning of trouble and headaches. The vehicle has been with different mechanics appointed by we buy cars since January until May 2021. Since then, the vehicle has been in and out of workshops every two weeks for the same mechanical problems. We buy cars is refusing to cancel the transactions starting two reasons that we had the vehicle for more than 6 months of their warranty and secondly that the vehicle has more kilometers. We buy cars failed to take into consideration factors that the vehicle has been their mechanics from January 2021 until May 2021, in calculating the kilometers, the also failed to factor in the kilometers travelled to their mechanics and events where the car got has broken down far away from home. The head of complaints Mr Antony Fitzgerald was made aware of this problems in the past but now his refusing to cancel the transaction whilst he offered such cancellation in April 2021.
