We Buy Cars the worst service ever they sell junk cars.

I went to www.webuycars.co.za and I filled a form detailing my complaint after I bought car from them. This is what I said: I bought a Opel Corsa I drove the car for 2 months and it had a couple of issues 1. Security key code error (Now fixed) 2. Timing was off (Now fixed) 3. Rev counter stopped working 4. Oil pump not genuine part. From all the issues I listed the main issue that is a problem for me is the oil pump because the oil pump fitted on the car is not genuine Opel part even though it is new but it does not work well on the car as it pumps oil late that is according to the mechanic I used.I was willing to replace the oil pump you fitted but only to find out that the genuine oil pump cost R16 000.00, I don't know if you fitted that **** oil pump on purpose or you bought genuine oil pump but somehow the **** oil pump was fitted. I believe you knew the car had a problem with oil pump hence it was fitted with a new but **** oil pump. When the car was advertised on the pictures the boot cover was there but when I got at the branch there was no boot cover. It was stated that there is a spare key but when i got there no key.

They pretended to care and asked me to give them a diagnostic report which I did and it cost me R500.00 . They continued to string me along pretending to care until they send me this response: Rejection: 1. This matter falls under point 1 as set out by We Buy Cars terms and conditions on the Buyer Registration signed by yourself on the 16/03/2020 as well as point 1 and 2 of the Terms and Conditions signed on your invoice as attached on the same day. Please see the attached terms and conditions signed upon purchase. We’ve attached a copy of the terms and conditions you signed with the purchase of your vehicle. While we can understand your frustration, our terms and conditions comply with applicable laws and are fair and just. We therefore regret to inform you that we are not able to comply with your request.

So I want to WARN everyone that if you planning to buy a car from webuycars please DO NOT you will regret because once you buy a car from them you are on your own. Their sales consultants are ***** and they do no give a damn.
