We buy cars the worst place to finance a car

I will never buy a car from we buy cars again. We financed a vehicle in March. First they forgot to service the car and asked afterwards to pay for the quote. After going back an forth it was added to ou financing. We had the car for 4 days and it started giving trouble. We still don't have the car back and today is the 23d Of Nov 21. We cant get hold of anyone for feedback and no one is calling to let us know whats going on. In the mean time the car payment keeps going off my bank account. We buy cars is the worst place to buy or finance the car. Bo customer service whatsoever!!!
