We Buy Cars the Pits

Hey I've heard people say we Buy cars is the pits that was an understatement shame worst pathetic service ever!!!!!!.

So I bought a car with them in September 2022 my fan is damaged...I have a warranty cover which I took with them underwritten by Innovation group.I called Innovation they referred me to we buy cars for diagnoses yoh this has proven to be the most inconvenient process ever I went directly to we buy cars to seek assistance I was sent home to initiate the process online which I did log a concern on their site(52884) lol no one bothered calling me.i then took the initiative to call them I am being taken from pillar to post no one is interested in calling me back all I am getting is the person that's handling your concern isn't at work we will assign you to someone and no-one ever calls back when I call the agents get irritated as if I am calling to ask for money or something what gets to me is the fact that I was considering trading in the car did the exact same process and was called in a blink
