We buy cars-THE DOME BRANCH ,very bad bad bad service

Good day, I'm very unhappy with the poor service and unrealiable agents more especially the lady by the name of shaaira from finance(THE DOME BRANCH), I reserved a car on the 1st Dec and paid the reservation fee of R5000 on a mini cooper countryman 2011 but I didn't get that car because it was given to someone else, the reason is unknown why I couldn't get the car. I think it goes with the colour of my skin. Till this day I don't know why I didn't get the car after reserving it and having the deposit that was requested, only thing I was told was that 72hrs passed that's why it was passed on to someone without having anyone explaining anything to me, I have a witness (Sales Agent :Masene from The Dome Branch) I was liasing with him throughout the deal, he also doesn't understand what took place because I sent the relevant docs in time , n I was never contacted until the last minute when I tried to call SHAAIRA she didn't pick up my calls until I went there physically,but she didn't even want to talk to me, nor have the decency to approach me and explain what really happened to the car I reserved, she showed no remorse , she had an attitude hence I'm raising the race card all that treatment was because I'm black, what's Hurting me now I'm busy given the round around with my refund of R5000, since I requested the refund from the 04thDec after the deal fell off. But now I have to beg for the money that is rightfully mine. It's as if I'm requesting a loan.
