We buy cars terrible service

I bought car through finance from we buy cars mid stream in mid Jan a day later the car was complaining about cooling and transmission problems, it was taken to one of the workshops that they work with. I collected the car in early feb from the workshop and in a few days after the problems resurfaced again i was then advised to take it back to the workshop and the mechanics there advised i should look for a Land Rover specialist, i began a very futile exercise of trying to find an RMI approved workshop that could do repairs on the car i have been turned away in most of the places and have bern advised to rather get the vehicle exchanged than try repair as the costs are high and taking into consideration i have not had the vehicle for more than 6 months, i then asked for the vehicle to be exchanged but the lady assisting me eith my query for over a month now keeps ducking and diving promising to contact me back and she at some point said she is awaiting a decision from the manager my disapointment is that such an esteemed car dealership would sell a defective vehicle sell me a warranty and then note give the relevant support or provide a resolution to their customer as is the vehicle is not in a driving state i am having to pay monthly installments on a car that has only been s nightmare since day one, this is have an adverse effect on me emotionally and financially as i have had to use a rented vehicle for the past months . The Dekra Report was also misleading and the car was not serviced as advised on collection . I am very disappointed with the level of dishonesty and lack of customer support
