We Buy Cars sucks

I bought a car cash from We Buy Cars. As I drove the car out of their premises, I decided to fill the car with petrol as the tank was empty. After filling up ,the car refused to start. I could not return the car as We Buy Cars had closed for business that day. I had to hire a towtruck to bring the car to my home and then the next day brought it back to We Buy Cars. .

I demanded a refund and was promptly told that they will 1st investigate as to the reason the car would not start. I told them I just want my money back.

All of this happened on the 12th of May . After numerous calls ,emails⁹and physically going there, I am still waiting on my money. It feels We Buy Cars is trying to get out of paying me back.
