I bought a vehicle at we buy cars midstream on 2024-01-16 through finance and took it home the same day and it rained that night and the vehicle was packet outside and when I was about to go to work in the morning I found lots of water on the passenger side and I immediately took the vehicle back and it took 9 days at the dealership and on 2024-01-17 I received a call to collect the vehicle and on 2024-01-29 it rained again and the same thing transpired and I took the vehicle back to them and since requested a cancellation and they've Since been doing a run around instead of refunding the money to the finance department. I then informed the finance department about the issue and they told me that they cannot assist as the money was already paid to the dealership. And now I'm paying for the vehicle I don't have as we buy cars is currently beholding my chances of having a vehicle to date. This has affected my life negatively
