WE BUY CARS : SPRINGFIELD : LETS HAVE CUSTOMERS OVER PROFITS

I visted WE BUY CARS yesterday in Springfield Durban . This branch needless to mention must CATCH A WAKEUP and pay more attention to detail. A salesperson was at a vehicle with a prospective buyers with the bonet up and the car being reverred intensly for up to 20 minutes . THIS IS CLEARLY NOT ACCEPTABLE . The carbon monoxide fills the SHOWROOM HALL and customers and staff are actively breathing these gases . I took the matter up immediately with a salesperson on the floor who simply nodded his head . I requested to speak to the FLOOR MANAGER and was referred to the HELP DESK . The help desk attendent went off to attend to the problem . Some POLICY is needed from the Company regarding exhaust fumes inside the HALL and how it can be managed . There are vehicles brought into the hall , engines running and the driver disappears . The entry and exit of vehicles especailly in a confined space must be managed more appropriately . Currently "ANY THING GOES " . A customer should NOT be bringing this to your attention , WE BUY CARS managent should have figured this out by now . CLEARLY they have but chose to put it on the back burner for obvious reasons , viz to chase the next sale or to announce the " top salesman for the month " PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE . STOP PUTTING THE HEALTH OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OVER PROFITS .
