We buy cars Springfield
I got a car from we buy cars in Springfield kzn.on the dekra it don't say the brakes are finished.and the solenoid and coil pack is falty and need to be done.and the car key the buttons don't work.i went through the dekra and it don't show the faults

22 May 2026, 11:29good day.my car i got from we buy cars in springfield. kzn.the people going the checks on the cars must go for training .my 2007 mini cooper they never stated that the car got engin problems.coil pack,sonenoid timing chain .valve tapped cover gasket.had the car checked out and there is oil in the spark plugs.they said key is working but buttons are not working .ill be waiting for a reply on email

i send twice my cars km on it and quote they phone you then you hear nothing from them .is that what you call service i dont think so.realiable cars i dont think so as the peopol checking the cars dont do a proper inspection.and i use my car for work and my private use.cont get a sms or whatsapp or email saying what is going on,only a whatsapp saying it has been actioned.cant say sumthing is handled if its not,think i must email the ceo and news papers with this bad service
