We Buy cars Sold me a damaged car

We Buy Cars is the most disguisitng Car dealer ever. I bought a car on the 17 December 2024 at the Nelspruit branch in Mpumalanga sale guy Enerst. This car started having issue on the 31 January 2025 I have been in communication with We buy cars eversince that time to date. All they have been saying is take it for fixing take it for fixing Innovations will approve for payment. The car has gone in for fixing 4 times from different dealerships to date the problem has not been fixed and the vehicle is not moving as the issue is overheating. After being in communication with We buy cars and they would even take two weeks to three weeks to respond to my issue while come month end the Finance people Marquis Finance would debit they are also full of nonsensical crukes.They should be closed down with immidiate effect.Currently the car is sitting at home but Marquis is still debitting and they are not willing to refund me as We buy cars is also saying the refund period has elapse and apparently if a car has been fixed or mechanical issues within the six month you are given a three months extension. We buy Cars should be investigated as people are being so abused.
