EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE – THINK TWICE BEFORE PAYING A HOLDING FEE

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Silver Lakes We Buy Cars.

I was genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle from them and paid a R5,000 holding fee in good faith to secure the vehicle. Unfortunately, I decided not to proceed with the purchase and immediately requested my money back.

It has now been 3 DAYS, and I am still waiting for my R5,000 refund.

What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of urgency and the poor communication surrounding the refund. R5,000 is a significant amount of money, and once a customer has requested their money back, I believe the matter should be handled professionally and promptly.

I dealt with AJ Smith and Thapelo Masela during this process, and based on my experience, I am extremely unhappy with how the situation has been handled.

I was prepared to buy a vehicle from this company, but this experience has completely changed my impression of them. If this is how customers are treated before even purchasing a vehicle, it raises serious concerns about what the experience would be like afterwards.

Silver Lakes We Buy Cars, I am simply asking for my R5,000 to be returned.

Potential customers should be aware of my experience before handing over money. I sincerely hope this gets resolved immediately, because at this stage I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
