Absolutely disappointed in the service from we buy cars Silverlakes and **** after sales services! Been 5 months now still struggling to get my license disc renewed as they never renewed the roadworthy when the vechile was bought and send me expired report and telling me it’s my fault because I did not bring the car for roadworthy.. WHY DO I PAY THEN FOR LICENSING AND REGISTRATION?????

The sales guy Junior never picks up his phone or ansers my messages! We Buy Cars Silverlakes was quick to load a bunch of extras costs and service plans onto my finance that was not even needed and had alot of stories when I told them to take it of I don’t need it.

The only thing they can do now is blame shifting and not sort out my papers and disc!

This is not the first incident I bought 2 other cars from them as well and also had a lot of issue’s..

I will never ever buy again from them and wouldn’t recommend them at all!
