We Buy Cars Silver Lakes refund

We paid an holding deposit of R5000 on a vehicle at We buy Cars Silver lakes. Due to personal reasons we decided at the end to not purchase the vehicle from them. Until this day we are still waiting for a refund , after sending the banking details several times and then a statement from the bank to show them we paid the deposit.I really do think this is unacceptable , as a customer we did not hesitate to follow your terms and conditions and paid the holding deposit but now that you have to pay it back it takes more than a month for a refund ?
