I had an unpleasant experience purchasing my first car at We buy cars Silver lakes, Pretoria. I was assisted by salesman Brandon Melamed who over promised to deliver my car to my closest location/branch just to get the sale and proceeded to leave me stranded after signing my papers. He didn't even take the time to show me (inspect) the car's features after purchase which is standard procedure as I was told by other salesmen. I reported this matter to the manager but in his approach to find a solution he was very rude to me.
