Hi, I bought a car on the 08 August 2024, Ford Everest 4x4 2011, and on the 15 August 2024 the vehicle had a knock in the engine. The repairs amount to R22 000. The faults in the engine were not listed in their catalog, and they are not exonerated from fixing, it is their responsibility to fix the damage. After being in contact with them, my complaint was ignored. Just within ten days purchase the vehicle was broken down, a faulty engine which they are not exonerated from fixing. I sold my car to them and they bought it for R65 000, and I bought Ford Everest for R180 000.
