We buy cars Silver lakes

I bought a car at We buy cars Silver lakes which was Dekra platinum,the next day I went to the garage to fill it up only to find out that the tank is leaking.I immediately took photos and sent them to sales person of which he escalated the matter. I was told to get a quote from RMI approved workshop and I did and send them.I have been sending them emails of which they never rep**** ,two weeks later I get a massage that my claim was declined with no reasons.😡😡😡😡
