We Buy Cars Silver Lakes

After a long struggle trying to sort out paper work to trade in our vehicle at the Silver lakes branch. The car we put a hold on was sold out with out informing us that the vehicle was to be sold to another branch. The day we spoke to the sales agent he failed to inform us that the hold was only valid for 48 hours. Almost 3 months down the line I phoned the agent under the impression that the deal was still on only to find out the car had been sold. I asked what was to happen with our deposit because no one informed us of anything. Was then told by the manager and the sales agent that the deposit would be refunded immediately as it was our choice to have the deposit refunded due to lack of service from their side. It is now officially 4 working days later and I am still waiting for the refund. To anyone with common sense and a head on their shoulders be careful when dealing with this company as their agents do not provide full details or terms and conditions the clients should know about before making a deal
