We Buy Cars-Silver Lake Very bad services

We Buy Cars Silver Lakes had the worst customer service. I went there 4 times in my search for a vehicle to buy. Every time I went in, I had to ask (several) sales assistants for help and every time they showed me one vehicle and then left to help someone else or do something else instead of assisting me with all my queries. I got the idea that their knowledge about the vehicles was very limited as I sometimes knew more about the care than they did... We handed in the paperwork for finance on a vehicle on our fourth visit. We had no feedback from anyone at we buy cars so we had to do all the follow-up. It was extremely difficult to get hold of the salesperson as well as the finance person to get an answer on the finance application. Eventually, 10 days later we were told that the application was rejected and an hour later the same vehicle had a "sale in progress" sign on the website. Five days later we were bank approved for another vehicle for the same amount at another dealership in town. I will never recommend We buy cars - Silver Lakes to anyone.
