We buy cars Silver Lake don't give a darm about customer service

If I could give a 0 I would have. In the past I really had amazing experience from we buy cars. Buying from them and selling to them. Until December came. I bought a car from the Silver lake branch on the 23rd of December 2020 on finance. Up and till today, I had my car for 3 weeks in total. There was a problem with the car. I've been send from one place to another by we buy cars trying to fix the car. Then there was problems of paying to get the car fixed. At the end (8 days ago) the car cant be fixed. We decided to do go for a replacement deal. I went a paid a holding deposit on another car from one of their other branches so that they can do the replacement deal. A whole week down the road, my new car is still at the other branch. There is nothing done to do the replacement deal because the car is not at Silver lake yet. They don't give a darm about the inconvenience they customers have to suffer withouttheir transport. They just move on to the next fish that wants to buy a car. There is ALWAYS just a new excuse
