We Buy Cars - Shockingly POOR SERVICE

Purchased a category A vehicle from them in Jan and it now seems like a case of material misrepresentation.

Had the car for 1 week and its been with their workshops for 1.5 months and the vehicle has not been touched with numerous issues.

I've followed internal processes but it seems like they could not be bothered to accurately address the matter and effect repair after 1.5 months and the vehicle being sent to 2 of their workshops.

Poor Service Delivery. Non existent Communication. Poor Experience.

They could not car less about their customer and approach that taken is to blatantly ignore and provide false expectations on a resolution.
