We Buy Cars - shocking service

Incredibly disappointed with the service received from we buy cars phumelela Park. 1. Car was purchased from we buy cars on the 21st June. I had to drive back to johannesburg with the vehicle. I was told by the salesperson that the licence was still valid and I did not need a permit. Needless to say I got stopped in every roadblock and the car came back as unregistered. I received a R 1500 fine, I forwarded this to we buy cars sales person and still have not received feedback if it has been resolved. It is now a month later and after asking for a permit everyday for the last month I finally received a poorly taken picture of the Natis copy to take to do my licencing.. Shocking 2. My turbo blew during the first week and the vehicle was towed to a rmi workshop where I attempted to claim through warranty. I was told and the workshop was told that my warranty was not activated. After a week of querying and my calls being ignored I finally got in touch with the manager who resolved the issue.

During this entire period I had to ask for feedback everyday to be promised a response COB that day.

Terrible experince, would not recommend to a anyone going forward. Working in the motor industry I am appauled that a business can operate so poorly. Stay away
