We Buy Cars, sells defective vehicles as "good condition"

Purchased a financed BMW in 2019 which was advertised by WeBuyCars as in good condition. Car has been in for repairs 3 times, after third time back in workshop BMW pulled the full history of the vehicle which shows the vehicle was part of 2016 floods and motor plan was cancelled due to water ingress with serious engine damage. I am now sitting with a huge repair bill for the vehicle and WeBuyCars will not take any responsibility. Charleston de Ruiters has been an absolutely pathetic customer care agent, let me wait 35 days and 10 phone calls to him to get any sort of feedback. He is incapable of picking up a phone and calling back a client after promising to do so within 2 hours on three occasions.
