We Buy Cars - Selling Trailers and not issuing natis documents with empty promises

We bought two trailers from We Buy cars in August 2023, we are still struggling to get a natis document for one of the trailers after several request and now we do not get feedback from them. It is now 7 weeks and we cant use the trailer legally. This is ridiculous.
