We Buy Cars selling cars without power window motors in both doors with Dekra report saying, front right power window switch faulty.

We buycars sold me a vehicle with no engine mounting bracket bolds, no motors for the front doors to opperate the power windows, the vehicle jumps out of 5th gear and X4 wheels, each one badly buckled!!! The wipers, front and rear does not work and I had to replace both lower controled arms bushes.

I have lodge numerous complaints on the website service. These faulty items was not mentioned in the Dekra report, and after having a meeting with the head of Brackenfell We Buy Cars, I am now at ease to say, these Guys:

1. Ignore complaits. 2. When eventually you do get a call, the damn CS Agent does not know how to opperate his headset. Or he placed me on mute for a reason, trying to get me off the call. 3. Brackenfell Managment Mark claims if his Dekra report sais front right window switch broken then it means a client can expect a car without any front power window motors, including the rails the window runs in. Good job Mark! What school did you attend? 4. The list goes on.

People, know this! If you buy a car from We Buy Cars in cash, you will get no service. Mark himself stated today that only financed vehicles can expect any service.
