We buy cars selling cars with lies history on it

I’m so disappointed I’ve bought a car last year November 26 Ohk on display according to them everything was Ohk with this car even history of the car didn’t state that the car was involved in an accident I even asked sale agent the report of the car he said the car is accident free then yesterday I’ve tried to trade in the car at VW they told me the car was involved in a car accident twice 2015 which cost R 56000 to fix area of repair:Mechanical Glass then the second one it was 2021 area of repair interior which cost R12 000 to repair and the trade in value is very bad due to this accidents ,then I’ve called we buy cars head office yesterday to aske why they **** about the vehicle the lady I’ve spoken to was very rude she told me them as we buy cars the is nothing they can do about that I must try to sell the car to them she threatened me that she’s gonna drop the phone just because I told her they’ve violated my rights as a customer .
