We buy cars ripped us off !

We buy cars don't care about negative reviews. They stole our money and do not make an effort to pay us back. I get the same response every time asking me how payment was made. They have a reference number, they can clearly see that we paid via EFT. We NEVER viewed the vehicle. The vehicle did not meet our expectations..We DID NOT make an offer to purchase any vehicle and no longer want to do business with we buy cars. We did inform the sales person to return my R5000 holding dep within 3 days after we paid which they never did. I will take this matter further, after speaking about our experience I learned that we are not the only people who got ********** by them.
