WE BUY CARS refusing to refund my Holding deposit

I would like to report the extremely bad service I've had from we buy cars. On the 22nd March 2021, I saw a bakkie on the we buy cars website, and since I was in KZN and the bakkie in the Germiston branch, I was informed by a sales person Mr Quinten Kotze I had to pay a refundable R5000.00 as a holding deposit to secure the vehicle for 48 hrs whilst i travel to view it from KZN to JHB. When I arrived to view the vehicle, I was not happy with it and opted not to purchase, I was then told that it would take X3 working days for the refund. 5 working days later I received nothing and started complaining to the rep which happened for two weeks until i made an official complaint on their site on the 25th April, where I was attended by Ann Kotze (Customer Care Agent) where she promised it had been captured and that it would be processed in 3 working days. Unfortunately the 3 working days have lapsed once again and I don't know what to do to get my money. Help I need this money to help a relative who wa affected by the Durban floods, I did mention this, but don't think they care
