We buy cars refuses responsibility for selling an accident damaged vehicle without disclosure

This post is to make the public aware of we buy cars as they blocked comments on facebook. This is my second time posting on Hellopeter as We buy cars do not want to take responsibility for selling a damaged car without disclosure and turning the blame onto the customer. We buy cars rush consumers into signing contracts and don't allow sufficient time to review the document for its terms and conditions.

The following reasons from We buy cars for rejecting the responsibility are : ''3. You have inspected the vehicle and confirm that it is adequately suited for the purpose you intend to use it and we have not influenced you in this regard. 4. You were given enough time & opportunity to inspect the vehicle before you decided to buy it and sign this Sales Agreement. 7. We do not warrant that the components on the vehicle conform to manufacturer’s specifications.”

This damage is internally of the vehicle and it could not be visible without removing components or diagnosing it by a professional therefore I do not agree to we buy cars reason for rejection.

Background info: I recently purchased an Audi q3 from Jhb south branch . I inspected the dekra report and noted the defects of the vehicle and all has been rectified and paid by me before taking delivery of the vehicle. After 2 weeks I took the vehicle to Audi for its service which was currently due and was informed by the technician that water is leaking from the right hand side headlight spray mechanism due to a previous accident damage on the vehicle. Which is causing a continuous beep and warning light on the dash board.

I am highly disappointed that we buy cars did not even mention it on the Dekra report and misrepresented the information about the vehicle just to get it sold. The dekra report did not even mention about panels being resprayed or components damaged.

Customers do not go on their knees to inspect every single detail when purchasing a vehicle hence we rely on the Dekra report which is provided when purchasing the vehicle.

I would like we buy cars to rectify and fix the vehicle or else I want my full refund on the vehicle!!
