We Buy Cars refuse to refund refundable deposits

I paid a R 5000.00 refundable deposit on a Prado in January of 2022. I have called, Whats Apped and e-mailed for 6 months, have been promised a refund but it has still not been refunded.

I have dealt with the sales guy and their financial manager and nothing.
