We Buy Cars refuse to fix their issues

Bought a vehicle from We Buy Cars. The Dekra report was clear and we were assured that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I then took the vehicle for wheel alignment and then discovered that the vehicle had damage to all 4 rims and tires. There is a massive crack in the one rim. all 4 are buckled, Tear on the one tire and bubbles on the rest. We Buy Cars refuses to fix the vehicle. Surely when you sell a vehicle to someone, you make sure that it conforms to some standards and take responsibility. They expect me to claim this from the warranty that they sold me. The warranty does not want to cover this as according to them We Buy Cars should have fixed this.
