**We Buy Cars – Refund Outstanding Since February 2026**

I am extremely disappointed with the way We Buy Cars has handled my refund.

This matter has been outstanding since **February 2026**, and I have spent months following up with their Client Care and Escalation teams regarding money that is still owed to me.

The email trail clearly shows the repeated delays:

* On **29 June 2026**, their Regional Escalation Manager instructed their Client Care Advisor to **process the payment ASAP**. * On **30 July 2026**, I was advised that a **refund MOA was being prepared** and would be shared with me. * On **26 August 2026**, I was asked to provide proof of payment, which I supp**** the same day. * I followed up again on **31 August 2026**, and I am still waiting for the refund and a proper explanation.

I have provided the documentation requested from my side and have repeatedly followed up. Despite this, the matter remains unresolved after several months.

What is particularly frustrating is that I keep receiving requests for information and assurances that the matter is being processed, but there is still **no payment and no definitive payment date**.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I simply want We Buy Cars to honour the refund that is due to me and provide a clear explanation as to why the payment has been delayed for so long.
