I would like to put in a complaint, I purchased a 2022 Suzuki S-Presso from We Buy Cars Randport Industrial Park, Germiston When the car was advertised on the Web Buy Cars website, it stipulated that the car had a gold dekra report, meaning it already passed roadworthy, and they only need to register onto my name, and I can proceed to the licensing department with the gold dekra report, yet only afterwards I was told the gold dekra report expired, and they gave me some receipt/voucher torn out a receipt book, and told me, I need to take it to Dekra to do the roadworthy. Clearly whoever is in charge of checking the validity of the dekra reports and to ensure they get renewed, has not done their job. I am really mad about the entire situation. I paid allot of money over to you guys for a gold dekra report, yet I now have to take time off to go and redo a roadworthy on this case, this is absolutely unacceptable.
