We Buy Cars Pty Ltd not living up to their mission, where they state that they pride themself in service delivery.
We Buy Cars (Pty) Ltd sold me a vehicle with serious undisclosed defects, when I requisted them to repair the vehicle they said I must wait 30 days and let the warranty they sold me pay for the vehicle repairs. When I wanted to have the vehicle repaired in terms of the warranty I realized that the warranty did not cover the vehicle repairs. So, We Buy Cars (Pty) Ltd sold me a defective vehicle with a blown cylinder head gasket and sold me a warrant policy that they knew did not cover the vehicle. Henry, Dirk, and Fanie are refusing to repair the vehicle and also refusing to respond to my correspondence. They also deleted my comments from their Facebook page, therefore you are only seeing positive reviews on Facebook. Will now approach Mr Mills.

We would also like to point out that your review is still on Facebook, and that a company does not have the authority to remove a review from a Facebook page – the positive reviews we receive on Facebook is legitimate, and we try to assist all the clients that leave negative reviews to the best of our ability.
Unfortunately, in your case, we require the complaint from the MIO to present our case and will then abide by any decision they make.
