Worst experience at "we buy cars" in PORT ELIZABETH and with the agent dealing with the sale of our vehicle named Dewald who never disclosed that work was done on the vehicle prior to purchasing the vehicle.They send your car for repairs to back door mechanics to Valozone where the quality of work is poor and ********* workmanship.My car broke down on the day I bought it and we requested support from the all the managers who did not attend to us at all with a sense of urgency .. They use after market parts to fix cars with no evidence of what parts are used on the vehicle .You also never get your refund on time. If you break down on the day of purchase you must pay for your own tow truck ... They also never answer any emails and try to hide from taking any accountability or never get back to you on time.The mechanics that they use to repair these vehicles need to be investigated along with "webuycars" to iron out all the ********* work done on these vehicles.
