We Buy Cars -poor service / total misrepresentaion of Car

I bought a car from We Buy Cars WBC on Auction in January 2024.I am based in JHB and car was bought from WBC Mbombela. Based on the AA Dekra report that WBC provides listed 2 issues: 1. Window mechanism fault 2. Windscreen cracked.

On collecting the car the following was noted: 1 All windows, central locking not working 2. Body work in a terrible state 3. Serious suspension issues which makes the car unsafe.

None of these were listed on the Dekra Report.

I approached WBC and filed a complaint on the bodywork which was rejected and suspension initially approved then rejected as parts are only sourced from agents.

Still waiting over a month for letters of rejection of claim and car papers. Very poor cusotmer service and total misrepresentation of the car and have been mislead.

Be very cautious and weary of their cars advertised and the AA reports provided.
