We buy cars poor service

My friend purchased a vehcile that was purchased last month from we buy cars Montague gardens Cape Town.

Upon the purchase of the vehicle the dekra report only mentioned smooth tyres and and airbag light that had to be fixed. The very next day we had to send the vehicle into the workshop as we were not happy with a knocking sound coming from the vehicle. This had turned out to be the lower control arm and stabilizer bar that had to be fixed. Thereafter the car was driven to George where we stay and it was then a issue of a shudder in the brakes and this was about 4 days later this was then fixed as well. We then had to deal with a oil leak that costed us again as we had to buy the part to fix it. Now we dealing with a massive problem of a water leak where the water pump and water pump housing has to be replaced. Upon towing the vehicle the towing company could not find the tow piece and we were then told by the company that the vehicle was in a accident and this was not told to us when we purchased the vehicle. We are now sitting without a vehicle as the car had costed us more than we anticipated. Thankfully customer care assisted however i am still awaiting results and have recieved nothing.
