We buy CARS poor service

I recently placed a bid for a car that was on auction at the WE BUY CARS East London branch, i receieved the most appauling service when i arrived at the branch: 1. I was informed by the sales agent that i cannot test drive the car as it was bought through auction, this was not my expereince in all my other previous transactions at other branches. The issue was escalated to the branch manager who finally approved the test drive. 2. The sales agent left me to do the car inspection alone, the car's water bottle couldnt open for me to do proper inspection, the we buy cars sales agents just watched me struggle without any support whatsoever. 3. It became evident during the test drive that the cars gearbox was worked on as i struggled with gear selection and this was not declared on the DEKRA report. 4. I then decided not go ahead with the deal, only to be told that i would forefeit my deposit. 5. I then forwarded multiple e-mails to the EAST LONDON Branch Manager who promised that my refund would be paid back. this e-mail was send on the 06 september 2024. 6. I made a follow up on the 10th September 2024 only to be told that i have to send an e-mail to the onlines service team. 7. 16 days later my refund has still not being processed.
