Bought a car from We Buy Cars in 2021, in the first week after the purchase the engine light flashed, we reported the issue but no offer from We Buy Cars to bring the car in for an inspection. To make a long story short a number of weeks later the engine seized. After communication in writing We Buy Cars encouraged us to report them to the ombudsman. Many discrepencies in their findings which i have questioned and to date i am still waiting for a response from We Buy Cars. The Dekra report confirmed that Dekra did not test drive the car at the time of the inspection. Buying cash will also give you no guarentee with We Buy Cars. Service poor and product quality questionable.
