We Buy Cars - POOR SERVICE

I bought a Mini Countryman from Silverlakes Pta 1/6/2024. The vehicle had a platinum rating (highest). I also purchased a warranty on the vehicle from WBC. Two weeks after the vehicle started leaking radiator or some liquid. I reported the matter to WBC and was advised to take the vehicle to a RMI approved dealer to fix. They fixed the vehicle and WBC did approve the payment. 2 days later the vehicle had the same leak. I did return the vehicle a second time and after a week received it back. The vehicle was then driven for a few days (4) when the leak appeared again. I did report his to KImbeley from WBC who instructed me to return the car. She assisted very professionally and courteously. This time around I was told it was an Oil cooler leak. The vehicle remained at the the dealership until WBC removed it to a second dealer in Centurion. He quoted an amount of R12 000 rand of which I had to pay. I was told the matter has been escalated but still no answer. The vehicle was with me for fewer days than it was in the garage for repairs. I have not even received the registration disc from WBC yet. I feel I was placed in a very bad position by WBC. I had to arrange for alternative transport during these two months. There was no urgency to address my concern and I had to phone several times to get feedback. The service of WBC was below average and I expected much better from them.
