We buy cars poor poor service

The service that I got at we buy cars is poor I've app**** for vehicle finance more that 4weeks ago during the time I was speaking to 2 ladies Samantha and Chane they couldn't give me any answers I phoned them as they didn't answer my calls they send me a message that they will call me back I'm still waiting for their call back . Last week Thursday I decided that I will re apply for a vehicle and now again it's 48hours later and just keep getting a response of that the person who is helping me is busy at the moment going 5weeks now.
