We buy cars poor management

I purchased a car at the Dome on the second day of opening. It was advertised as having a spare key.on delivery I was told it only has one key.i spoke to floor manager Jane Mokoane who was very rude and unhelpful and basically told me to accept it or leave it.this was the only option given by a manger on a new branch opening. I was happy with the vehicle but very unhappy with Jane's response.poor management
