WE BUY CARS poor customer service

We buy cars does not care about their customers. I bought a car on the 4Th May 2023 form we buy Cars Brackengate Branch in CT and i was told licencing will be done in in 14 to 21 working days and i was billed a cost of R2 200. Today the 19 June 2023, i have not yet received my licence disk and current disk and the temporary permit have expired. I am using car hire cause i cant drive the car and the salesman, his manager and the call centres are all sending me from pillar to post. The Dekra report is also suspicious as there is things not mentioned that are faulty.
