We buy cars poor aftersales and car only one week

Aftersales service is disgusting.. I bought a car with Dekra gold (report said only due service) only to find out day after when I had the service done that the heater has been bypassed. Then to top it went for roadworthy and it failed due to windshield wipe being brittle. I had to go buy a new set of windshield wipers. I lodged a complaint and nobody called me back until I then called them. I send the documentation in and nobody has come back to me. The salesperson from Springfield park is a waste of time as he never answers phone or WhatsApp and is off when he arranged for me to meet him there after I emailed a complaint. I am bitterly disappointed as now this morning my car would not start and I have only had it one week and three days.................................We buy Cars are a huge disappointment.
