We buy cars Polokwane SUCK!

On 9 April 2022 I bought a 2017 Jurgens Fleetline from webuycars in Polokwane. It was a huge struggle to buy it, and after lots of complaining and arguments etc, I got the caravan. I was only informed after paying and hooking it up, that the papers will take 21 days for me to get them. Once again after a lot of phone calls, whatsapps sent to the staff at the branch, including the Branch manager with no success, I decided to phone the customer careline to see if I can get results. Been cut off three times, and with no success there as well after eventually speaking to an agent, I decided to once again lock a complain here. Looks like this is the way webuycars like to work. Try their best to upset their clients as much as possible and then do something about it. Still no response, no feedback and no papers, its the 27th of June 2022 already! 53 work days later! I also have this feeling that this caravan is not a 2017 as they claimed, but lets see, maybe a miracle will happen.
