We Buy Cars Phumelela Park disgusting client service from Kyle!!!!!!!!!

Myself and my partner have been looking for a car at all branches of we buy cars, we went to Brackenfell and what we saw wasn't within our budget, however, we continued to search, this was when we saw a car within the budget and something for the eye and we immediately called them ( We buy cars Phumelela Park) . we were assisted by a James and we were excited, mind you it's a cash buyer so we then made an appointment to visit the branch yesterday and then purchase the car the same day. James was helpful he knew what we wanted and wanted us to leave with the car.

To our surprise, after taking us for a test drive we were then told the car was on auction and that the chances of us now getting the car was slime I did believe James when he said he has no idea it was on auction he seemed sincere and truthful and there was absolutely nothing on the website stating it is on auction too, so yes it was a huge surprise and disappointment.

We didn't give up and neither did James, he then told us we have five minutes to go online and then try and get the VH like that and he was very transparent until an illiterate, disrespectful, ill-mannered Kyle of a guy shows up while James is trying to assist us, he was rude and has no customer service skills at all. He tried in every way to distract James from helping us get the VH on auction and it worked. He was pestering James telling James to give him the car as he had already confirmed it has been sold and he needs a video of the car inside to send it to the buyer, the auction wasn’t over yet and I feel like if he had left us in peace we could have had the car as we were in the branch ready to purchase. He was extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate, he bragged and laughed and dared to intimidate his colleague in front of clients. I do not know what he thought of us if we looked like people who couldn’t afford to buy a car??????????? Because then his thoughts are fatally flawed.

James told him the car is where it should be, and he went ahead to add if it is there why are you letting these people try to buy it? His blady disrespectful. He then walked away. James left us and came back and advised the car is indeed sold and his extremely sorry, Kyle then made it a point to come back and gloat about it in our faces as he has defeated us, but I have news for you little boy, you haven’t! just because we couldn’t purchase the car does mean we defeated God has better things in store for us. I want you to read this as I didn’t have the chance to say it to your face as you left in a hurry to go and brag, I want you to go back to school and at least learn the basics of the real world because you are not prepared for it especially in the trade you are in.

As for we buy cars, next time before you put a car on your website ensure to put all details there, we wasted an additional R 400.00 on the bolt to be there and get back home, which is quite a distance, please also appoint people who have masters in customer service.
