We buy Cars Pathetic service

I bought a car on the 2nd of February 2022 from We Buy Cars. This is a financed deal and so i was told that I would receive my new number plates within 21 days. It is now been 12 weeks since and have absolutely no idea when i will be getting this. I have phoned in more than 10 times at least now and absolutely no help or feedback received from those calls. I have been in the branch 3 times to ask and i get told they will follow up and let me know but I'm yet to still get that feedback. I phoned the complaints line and they couldn't even get through to the branch and told me they will follow up urgently for me... Guess what still no feedback. I am beyond frustrated as they are keeping me from getting my fuel card from my work until i have my new plates. It seems like they made the sale and now absolutely don't care because they got their money. This all after me and my dad sold 3 cars to them and bought 2 cars within a year. If this is the type of service you receive i wouldn't never recommend We Buy Cars again. Absolutely pathetic service
