We Buy Cars pathetic service

I sold my car to We Buy Cars in May 2022. I owned my personalized number plates, and was charged licensing fees. To date I cannot get my license disc because of outstanding fees. Change of ownership was only done in July. I have been to the Post office to try and get my license disc, and was refused because of outstanding fees. No1 from We Buy cars respond to emails or call the client back. I was advised that licensing is outsourced and this is done when they deem it necessary. I am shocked with the lack of service from a corporate company. I will never deal with them again and will ensure that my network of family, friends and clients do not deal with WE BUY CARS as well.
