After silence of more than an hour, called "Customer Care". Was given the number of a sales person. Getting information from him was harder that finding water in the Namib. After 4 hours called Customer Care again, different sale agent given and sales agent does not answer whatsapps, calls or whatsapps calls. Service when selling a vehicle was excellent. Service when Buying a car is pathetic. Maybe the CEO should do his work and make sure his people do their work. And of course, complaining means We buy Cars wont handle you complaint before 3 days, and you cant get any other number on which to contact them.
