We buy cars provides the most pathetic and *********** services ever seen. I have been in the process of purchasing a vehicle that is taking more than 2 weeks to conclude. Communication is not given from a sales rep by the name of Lebo in EC branch. Tashneeka Jacobi is just as in *********** and took more than 48 hours to send me an offer to purchase after my financing was approved. This application was given to them in their laps done and dusted from the Polokwane term who even had the courtesy to follow up on my application and find out how things have been going with my application. But even they don't know how to return calls and practise proper client service. But shortly after my approval nobody can take my calls nor return them to give me proper constructive feedback or updates. I'm a salesman and I understand the automotive sales process including the financing process because I work in the finance industry and I have experience in the automotive industry. From my experience, as soon this application of mine was completed everyone lost concern about completing the sale and seeing it through to the end. The incompetence of Lebo even had him send the incorrect purchase order to the vehicle carriers who were to deliver the vehicle to Gauteng. And the best part is I have all of this documented in writing and voice notes. Unbelievable, right? I sincerely hope this post goes viral to get rid of the bitter taste We Buy Cars left in my mouth.
